Hi gazza, thanks for taking the time to post this info up ive got a couple of half started folders in the workshop, this has given me the kick up the backside i needed to finish them

A couple vids:

First is my el-cheapo way of cutting the locks, I was cutting a framelock here but the principle is the same. I use the Dremmel cutoff wheels in my drillpress and set the machine to it's top speed.
