Right, here's my 4 FAK's.
First up is my mini FAK that sits in a utility pouch or trouser pocket when on tabs or just in camp.
It's a Webtex radio Pouch
Contains: Blister Plasters, Tweezers, Micropore tape, Puri Tabs, Tick Twisters, Saline Solution.

Next is my respirator Bag FAK which sits at home and contains:
4 boxes of latex gloves, tweezers, saline solution, assorted plasters and bandages, pain killers, immodium (to be moved to my two ex fak's), Cylumes

Next is my response pak fak.

Blister plasters in a metal tin with tweers, bandages, pain killters cotton balls, puri tabs,

Lastly my proper hiking/Camping/Exercise FAK, probably the most comprehensive of the 4. This never leaves my side or bergen when out.
It's a Viper Medical Pouch comes with 5 pockets.

Main Pouch:

Burn Spray, Assorted Plasters, Notebook and Pencil, Saline Solution, Painkillers, Electric Tape, Stretch Bandage.

Middle Pocket

Contains Hand Sanitiser, Germoline Tube, Jar Vaseline, Bandages, Wipes

Side pockets
Scissors, Paracord, Tweezers

Front Drop DOwn Pocket

Latex Gloves, Bandages, Sling, Foot Powder, Spare Plasters.

Not exactly perfect, but none of them have ever let me down. I'm always buying in FAK items aswell and i do with another pair of twisters and uncle sams tweezers

ATB

Gunny

I've got a brit army one exactly like the israeli bandage. They're alot better than the old FFD's in that they only require one hand to apply if you've injured yourself.

Interesting, thanks for posting.
I'm not a fan of the supermarket own brand stuff, never had good results with it, especialy blister dressings, they just don't stay on even with the benzoin.
