Default Martindale Golok

I've had this for a few years now, and it's been used regularly in Africa.

As you can see the blades had a beating !
The Handle is beech, but I've whipped some sisal cord onto it to absorb
sweat and make a better grip, it makes it a tad to big for my hand, but I've never dropped it or lost control of it.

The sheath is just stitched and riveted canvas with a leather throat.
The file in the small pouch on the front is for sharpening it in the field.
The metal is very soft, so the file works well.

The Mamba that Bernie made for me will replace this, and so I'm giving the golok to one of the local lads in Kenya whose always admired it as the local pangas are, shall we say, ' lacking'.
