Default New SAK for EDC

Thought I'd put up a few pictures of my new SAK. I've been looking around for an EDC as my Leatherman is fine when I'm working and have the tool kit with me, but likely to cause issues when I'm not.

I was looking at maybe getting a SAK and then rescaling it myself until I found this one. All in all a very nice little knife (especially like the shaped scales, although a touch up with some sandpaper was needed to smooth them out to my satisfaction)

Sorry, should have added that

I got it from Heinnie:

The original version has the same shaped scales, but in plastic:

That's nice, man. Reminds me I really should get onto some new scales for a locking Wenger. They fell off a while back, and like you, I love wood scales. Now where's my dremel…

Love that shaped handle. Never seen scales like that before or made from wood.
